At Mesquite Valley Woodcrafts, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products available and continually strive to perfect our products and work methods. If at any time within five (5) years after the purchase of one of our products, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages, or uninsured return shipping damages. This warranty is void if the item(s) were damaged due to heat or excess moisture or food stains. Please note the following specifications below.
Shipping Charges and Damage Claims: All orders that we ship out valued over $25 are insured for protection during shipping. Inspect the carton’s contents before accepting package. If upon inspection, the box shows any signs of damage, or appears to have been opened, have the delivery driver make a written damage claim BEFORE leaving. This is the customer's sole responsibility, and failure to do this limits Mesquite Valley Woodcraft's liability for the package. Please DO NOT allow the driver to take the package back with them until you have contacted us about the problem and we have issued a damaged item authorization. If an order is found to be damaged, you must contact Mesquite Valley Woodcrafts within 72 hrs. of receipt. After you contact us, we will contact the carrier and arrange for the item to be picked up at your address and will let you, the customer, know when to expect pickup. Original box and packaging must be used or included with damaged item or claim cannot be processed. Upon notification of damage, we will give the customer the option to receive an identical item, obtain credit, or refund the purchase price. For Returned Items: If, within 45 days of receipt of an item, you would like to return an item, please contact us before returning it. We will give you the option of receiving credit, refund or exchange of the returned item. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded or credited and all return shipping must be payed by customer unless the return is due to damage in transit or is a defective item. For standard returns, customer is responsible for insuring item during return shipping. If an uninsured item is damaged during return delivery to Mesquite Valley Woodcrafts, a 35% restocking fee will incure.
For Custom Orders: Since most of our products are made to order, once an order has been placed for an item, there is a 5% non-refundable charge for any canceled order after 24 hours that is not due to item availability. Rush order charges are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled after the item is shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
